This Podcast Guest Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Becky Sampson, host of the Divorcing Strong Podcast ("Host"), and

and you as ("Guest").

1. Recording & Distribution:

The interview will be pre-recorded and distributed on YouTube and Spotify for Podcasters, with audio shared across all major podcast platforms. The Host retains the right to edit, modify, and distribute the recording at their discretion.

2. Guest’s Rights & Permissions:

The Guest grants the Host a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use their voice, image, and likeness in the podcast episode. The Guest confirms they have the right to share any stories, insights, or materials provided during the interview. The Guest may share and promote the episode by creating Reels, shorts, and any other forms of marketing materials.

3. Content & Conduct

The Guest agrees to respectful and professional communication during the interview. The Guest will not promote defamatory, illegal, or misleading content. If the Guest wishes to not discuss sensitive issues, it's the Guest's responsibility to let the Host know before hand.

4. Ownership & Copyright

The Host retains full ownership of the podcast content, including all audio, video, and promotional materials. The Guest waives any rights to compensation for participation in the podcast.

5. Release & Liability

The Guest releases the Host and associated platforms from any claims related to the recording, production, and distribution of the episode. The Host is not liable for how the Guest’s content is received by the audience.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

The Host reserves the right to cancel or postpone the recording. The Guest must provide at least 24 hours' notice for rescheduling requests.

7. Media Release

By participating in the Divorcing Strong Podcast, the Guest acknowledges and agrees:

The Host may use the Guest’s name, voice, image, and statements for marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes. The episode may be repurposed into clips, transcriptions, and promotional materials for social media, websites, and other platforms. No further approval is required for the Host to use the Guest’s recorded material in perpetuity.

8. Agreement Acceptance

By placing a check and signing the Guest Form, you accept the terms and conditions of the Podcast Guest Agreement and Media Release.
